本文通过实验研究了E玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯(GF/PP)层板外层纤维取向和纤维体积分数对超声焊接接头质量的影响。采用田口方法设计正交L16阵列(OA)试验,评估外层纤维取向和纤维体积分数对焊接工艺参数的影响,重点考察焊接能量、振动幅度、焊接压力、保压力和保压时间等五个因素,以实现高质量焊接。试验采用15 kHz超声焊接设备,最大供电功率为4000 W。使用纤维体积分数为36%和46%的GF/PP层板,其外层纤维取向为单向或90°方向。采用厚度为0.127 mm的聚丙烯膜作为平面能量导向器(ED)。通过单搭接焊接接头的表观剪切强度和激光剪切散斑干涉技术(非破坏性检测)评估焊接质量,并利用高速数字成像系统监测接头失效机制。研究结果表明:相比使用平面能量导向器的情况,采用最高焊接能量、最低振动幅度、最低焊接压力、最低保压时间和保压力的单向GF/PP层板(纤维体积分数最低)组合方案能获得更高的焊接接头表观剪切强度。通过确认试验验证了预测的表观剪切强度与实测值的一致性。
