玻纤增强热塑性复合材料(FRTP)因其轻量化特性,在大批量航空航天产品中应用前景广阔。针对FRTP零件的不可避免的装配需求,相比机械连接和胶粘剂粘接,熔融粘接方法(如电阻焊接)具有更大优势。本研究建立了一套程序来阐明加工条件与FRTP焊接接头性能之间的关系。试样采用热压法制备的连续玻纤增强聚丙烯(GF/PP)层板。系统研究了焊接时间、电流和压力对电阻焊接接头弯曲强度的影响。通过对焊接表面的光学观察,绘制了工艺窗口。采用响应面法(RSM)建立了工艺参数与GF/PP焊接接头力学性能的定量关系,精度较高。研究结果表明,GF/PP焊接接头的弯曲强度相比热压基准试样提高了31%。
