玻纤增强树脂基复合材料真空辅助湿法成型修复工艺验证
Repair verification of glass fibre reinforced resin matrix composites by vacuum-assisted wet-molding technique

玻纤增强树脂基复合材料因其优异的性能在航空工业中得到广泛应用。然而,复合材料构件在服役过程中不可避免地会受到各类冲击损伤,导致构件性能下降,威胁飞行安全。为提高损伤复合材料构件的修复质量,本研究在分析传统修复工艺基础上,提出了一种真空辅助湿法成型修复工艺。实验结果表明,该工艺能在修复区域获得致密的微观结构,与传统粘接修复方法相比,能量吸收能力显著提高。该修复工艺通过真空辅助手段优化了树脂浸润过程,有效消除了修复区域的气孔缺陷,改善了修复界面的结合质量。研究为航空复合材料构件的高质量修复提供了新的技术途径。
