原位固化成型高性能热塑性复合材料的自动铺纤技术(AFP)在航空航天领域具有重要应用价值。铺纤过程中加热温度对成型件质量影响显著。本研究建立了狭缝结构喷嘴热气枪(SSNHGT)辅助AFP加热碳纤维(CF)/聚醚醚酮(PEEK)复合材料的三维热传递有限元模型。分析了气体流量、传热距离和铺纤速度对加热温度的影响规律。研究结果表明:随气体流量增加,CF/PEEK整体温度先升高后降低;随传热距离和铺纤速度增加,整体温度单调降低。气体流量对被加热CF/PEEK温度的影响最大,其次为铺纤速度,传热距离影响最小。该模型可扩展应用于其他热气枪辅助AFP成型的纤维增强聚合物复合材料,为后续加热温度控制的工艺参数优化提供指导。
