近期研究表明,在增材制造领域,单一纤维增强虽能提升复合材料的某些机械性能,但同时会降低其他力学行为,导致单纤维填充复合材料的工业应用受限。因此,由短纤维/短纤维、短纤维/连续纤维或连续纤维/连续纤维组合而成的三维打印混杂复合材料因其综合性能改善和可定制的力学行为而受到广泛关注。本综述系统总结了三维打印混杂纤维增强聚合物(FRP)复合材料的最新研究进展,重点阐述了其机械性能、变形与失效行为。首先详细讨论了不同的混杂复合材料打印工艺方法,包括熔融沉积成型(FDM)及其改进工艺;其次分析了混杂复合材料的力学性能表现、变形机制和失效模式;最后探讨了三维打印混杂复合材料存在的主要限制因素,并展望了性能改善的发展方向。本综述为混杂FRP复合材料的工业化应用提供了理论基础和技术参考。
