自动纤维铺放(AFP)是生产复杂复合材料结构的关键增材制造工艺。本研究针对采用热气枪(HGT)的热塑性复合材料原位AFP工艺进行研究,该工艺包括加热、固结和凝固阶段。温度控制对获得高质量零件至关重要,因为它影响粘结质量、结晶和凝固过程。然而,以往研究通过假设恒定对流换热系数来简化对流传热,导致仿真与实验结果存在偏差。本文提出了一种新颖的分布函数来模型化对流换热系数,从而改进温度预测精度。通过优化循环确定该分布函数的参数,确保与实验数据的一致性。所提方法准确预测了温度分布,并通过未见过的实验结果进行了验证。通过引入对流换热系数的分布特性,本研究深化了对热塑性复合材料AFP工艺传热机制的理解,有助于改进制造工艺和零件质量。
