商业航空必须在未来几十年内实现气候中立,轻质机身是提高飞机全寿命燃油效率的关键因素。原位热塑性自动铺纤(AFP)等新型制造工艺能够制造更大尺寸和更复杂的碳纤维增强复合材料构件。为提高材料性能,需要精确控制工艺参数。本研究引入模型预测控制(MPC)方法,该方法能够有效应对工艺特定的挑战。建立了工艺过程的有限元模型,并将其集成到控制系统中。通过铺层试验验证了控制方法的改进效果,证明了该控制方案的应用潜力。
