本文为系列研究的第一篇,综述了当前热塑性塑料焊接技术的发展现状。文章阐述了各种热塑性材料焊接方法出现的历史背景和技术演进过程。建立了热塑性材料零件焊接方法的扩展分类体系,系统阐述了焊接工艺的分类原理和各类焊接方法的技术特点。重点分析了影响热塑性塑料焊接方法选择的关键因素,包括设计因素(零件几何结构、材料体系、厚度规格)、工艺因素(焊接温度、压力、时间等工艺参数)和使用因素(服役环境、应力状态、可靠性要求)。通过系统梳理这些影响因素,为热塑性复合材料焊接工艺的合理选择和优化提供了理论指导。
