热塑性复合材料错位接头超声波焊接工艺效率和焊接质量改善研究

本文研究了通过改变焊接压力和能量导向器(ED)柔性来减少错位接头所引起的不利影响的可行性。错位接头会导致厚度方向加热增加、焊接区域面积减小和加热时间延长等问题。研究采用约4.5°错位的热塑性复合材料接头进行焊接试验,分别考察了三种工艺方案:提高焊接压力;通过增加ED厚度提高ED柔性;通过采用非连续ED提高ED柔性。结果表明,将提高焊接压力与非连续ED相结合时,对错位接头不利影响的抑制效果最显著。这种改善源于较高焊接压力所产生的强制平行性,以及非连续ED在焊接线处更高效的热量集中生成。该研究为热塑性复合材料超声波焊接工艺优化提供了有效的技术方案。
