超声波焊接(UW)是一种超快速连接工艺,用于连接热塑性复合材料结构,具有优异的接合强度。与传统的胶粘、机械连接等方法相比,成本效率更高。本综述详细阐述了科研界在热塑性复合材料超声波焊接领域取得的进展。重点评述了热塑性复合材料与热塑性复合材料、以及热塑性复合材料与异质材料之间的超声波焊接技术最新发展。系统总结了不同超声波焊接模式及其工艺参数(包括焊接时间、焊接压力、振幅、能量导向器(EDs)类型等)对焊接质量的影响,以及超声波焊接相比其他连接技术的优缺点。同时阐述了热塑性复合材料超声波焊接的现状及其发展前景。
