热塑性复合材料机身导电焊接C型加筋条的研究

本研究针对Clean Sky 2 STUNNING项目框架下设计制造的热塑性复合材料机身中的导电焊接C型加筋条进行了系统研究。采用导电焊接工艺制造了5个由两个C形截面型材组成的试样,并设计了三种不同配置方案,变化焊接接头的方向和距离。研究采用虚拟裂纹闭合技术进行初步数值分析,为后续试验做准备。在准静态加载条件下进行了焊接接头强度试验。数值分析与试验结果在预测最大载荷方面具有良好的一致性,但初始刚度存在明显差异,主要源于支撑结构的柔性影响。通过更新数值模型,最终获得与试验行为高度吻合的结果。所有分析试样均表现为突然分离破坏,未观察到裂纹扩展迹象。试验和数值数据表明,不同导电焊接配置方案间的接头强度无显著差异,表明该焊接工艺具有良好的工艺稳定性和可靠性。
