碳纤维增强热塑性复合材料因其优异的轻量化性能在运输设备中得到广泛研究。本研究为增强Ti-6Al-4V铆钉的机械咬合效应,采用补充式搅拌摩擦点焊(FSSW)与铆接联合工艺。研究结果表明,补充式FSSW与铆接的成功结合形成了喇叭形扩张铆钉,其顶端直径显著增大。拉剪试验表明,FSSW产生的搅拌区和扩张铆钉均影响了接头的断裂行为。截面观察发现,拉剪试验过程中搅拌区与母材界面处存在裂纹。扫描电子显微镜观察断裂面表明,搅拌作用导致纤维产生独特的排列方式。研究成果阐明了补充式FSSW与铆接联合工艺的优势,为该联合工艺在热塑性复合材料中的实际应用提供了理论依据。
