本文提出了一种混合有限元模型,用于模拟层状复合材料板的感应加热过程。该模型包括通过线圈的交流电产生的交变电磁场、电磁场在复合材料板中引起的电流密度分布、电流密度分布产生的热量以及由板内非均匀热生成和温度分布导致的热传递过程。模型各组成部分能够准确捕捉线圈在复合材料层板表面移动时随时间变化的温度分布特征。该混合模型耦合了电磁场仿真、焦耳热生成计算和瞬态热传导分析,可有效预测感应加热过程中复合材料板的温度演变规律,为热塑性复合材料的快速加热成型工艺提供理论支撑。
