热塑性复合材料感应加热焊接的关键参数优化与实验验证

采用有限元数值模拟中的磁热耦合分析模块,探究线圈参数和工艺参数对高频电磁感应加热效果的影响。以关键参数为控制因素,首先采用单因素控制变量法分析各单因素对感应加热的影响程度,通过比较各因素的影响程度筛选出合适的参数范围。在单因素试验结果的基础上,应用正交设计方法和主成分分析(PCA)法研究各参数对感应加热的显著性,确定实现高加热速率、大加热面积和最优温度均匀性的多参数最优组合。最后,通过对比模拟峰值温度与实测峰值温度的相对误差,验证了仿真结果的有效性。研究结果表明,通过磁热耦合分析可以准确预测感应加热过程中的温度分布规律,优化后的工艺参数组合能够显著提高热塑性复合材料的焊接质量,为工程应用提供了理论指导和技术支撑。
