热塑性复合材料焊接是一项关键技术,能够促进航空工业可持续发展,同时实现高产量生产和成本高效制造。本研究对热塑性复合材料导热焊接接头进行了表征、测试和分析,充分考虑了制造工艺的影响。试验试样采用半米长焊接工具的焊缝设计,该焊接工具用于焊接下一代热塑性复合材料机身的加筋结构。设计中特别关注了层板的可焊性,同时确保断裂仅发生在焊接界面处。在双悬臂梁(DCB)和端部缺口弯曲(ENF)表征测试中评估了两种试样构型。此外,单搭接剪切试样分别进行了拉伸和三点弯曲测试。最后,将表征的材料性能引入有限元分析,证明内聚区模型方法可用于保守预测这些焊接接头的强度。研究获得了制造工艺、焊缝质量与接头力学性能之间的新认识,这些性能与自动化釜固化复合材料明显不同。
