航空航天工业对材料的重量、性能和使用寿命有严格要求,复合材料是满足这些要求的关键候选材料。与热固性复合材料相比,热塑性复合材料因其成型性好、生产周期短和可回收性强等优势,在航空航天、防御、能源、电子和汽车等领域的竞争力不断提升。本研究系统综述了热塑性复合材料技术的最新进展,重点关注材料技术和生产工艺方法的创新发展。研究表明,热塑性复合材料在航空航天工业中的应用比例持续增长,其优势日益凸显。特别是在冲压成型、压力固化、自动纤维铺放(AFP)和焊接等关键和前沿领域,研究开发活动不断深化。本研究还分析了当前热塑性复合材料技术的投资方向,阐述了这些投资对航空航天工业未来应用的影响,为行业发展提供了重要参考。
