热固性复合材料的回收利用面临重大挑战。用热塑性树脂替代热固性树脂是解决这一问题的初步措施,结合绿色增强材料的应用可进一步改善。随着低粘度热塑性树脂的最新发展,利用树脂传递模塑(RTM)技术生产热塑性基体复合材料成为可能。该技术原本用于热固性基体复合材料的制造,现已扩展至热塑性领域。这些热塑性树脂主要基于环酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和环状(对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯)低聚物。本综述系统阐述了热塑性RTM(TP-RTM)工艺制备热塑性基体复合材料的最新研究进展,涵盖树脂原位聚合机制、TP-RTM工艺参数优化以及复合材料性能评估等关键环节,为热塑性复合材料的工业化应用提供技术参考。
