本研究探讨了接触形成和自粘合作为热固性预浸料在自动铺纤中粘着性的主要控制机制的作用。采用新型90°剥离试验,在流变仪中严格分离并独立控制压实和脱粘阶段,进行了预浸料粘着性表征。通过改变压实压力(最高10 N mm⁻²)、保压时间和温度(20~60 °C),实现了接触形成和自粘合影响的实验隔离。将实验测得的粘着性、层间接触面积和树脂粘弹特性用于参数化简化的半经验粘合强度子模型,该模型原为热塑性复合材料制造工艺开发。模型预测在实验可重复参数范围内得到成功验证。最终评估了考虑不同铺纤速度(最高1 m s⁻¹)、压实压力和铺纤/模具温度的热固性自动铺纤制造工艺场景下的预浸料粘着性。研究发现接触形成和自粘合两种机制对预浸料粘着性演变的影响能够复现粘着-内聚平衡理论提出的钟形粘着曲线。
