本文建立了液体复合材料模塑(LCM)工艺中对流-扩散-反应流的数值模型框架。采用ANSYS Fluent平台,通过自定义函数(UDFs)、用户定义标量(UDS)和用户定义内存(UDM)代码,耦合热固性树脂的固化动力学和流变特性。基于体积流体法(VOF)多相流求解器和有限体积法(FVM),同时求解LCM工艺中的Darcy定律、热传递和化学反应方程。该数值方法能够同步获取流动锋面位置、粘度演变、固化度和反应速率等关键参数,克服了现有文献通常将浸渍阶段和固化阶段分离研究的局限性。模型支持在模具充填和固化阶段进行在线监测、边界条件控制和注射工艺优化设计。通过简单几何结构的对比验证,数值模拟结果与已有研究数据的固化度差异仅为3.4%,验证了模型的有效性。该耦合求解方案为LCM工艺的工程设计和过程控制提供了有力的数值工具。
