热固性层板固化诱导残余应力对翘曲变形的影响

本文研究了真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺中固化阶段对残余应力生成的影响机制。采用风力发电机叶片行业广泛应用的Airstone 780E环氧树脂与Hardener 785H硬化剂体系进行研究。通过表征树脂的粘弹性能,将其引入热-机械有限元模型中。模型通过制造的[0/90]₄非对称层板进行了验证。残余应力生成分析表明:当固化过程中树脂收缩占主导时,0°纤维层产生压应力;当膨胀占主导时产生拉应力。研究发现,通过优化固化工艺参数使0°纤维层在固化过程中产生拉应力,可实现翘曲变形减少10%,工艺时间缩短33%。该研究揭示了固化阶段粘弹性行为与残余应力演变的耦合关系,为热固性复合材料层板的工艺设计和变形控制提供了理论依据。
