PEKK作为新兴热塑性复合材料,相比PEEK具有更优异的热稳定性。本研究采用激光辅助加热自动铺纤(AFP)工艺制备CF/PEKK层板,对比分析了重铺处理对层板力学性能和微观结构的影响。研究结果表明,经过单次重铺处理后,层板的拉伸强度提高了28.39%,层间剪切强度提高了11.9%,这主要源于两种加载条件下的受力分量差异。此外,重铺处理显著改善了层板的纤维/树脂界面质量和表面粗糙度。该研究为优化激光辅助AFP工艺参数和提高CF/PEKK热塑性复合材料层板的综合性能提供了重要参考。
