激光辅助自动铺纤原位固化与热压成型高性能热塑性复合材料的加工与表征

由于自动铺纤(AFP)工艺的驻留时间短,其制备的复合材料质量不及传统的高压釜或热压成型工艺。深入理解两者差异机制有助于改进AFP制备复合材料的性能。本研究对激光辅助自动铺纤(LAFP)原位固化与热压成型制备的高性能碳纤维增强聚苯硫醚(CF/PPS)热塑性复合材料的性能进行了表征与对比。LAFP原位固化的温度历程表明,加热和冷却过程在数秒内完成。LAFP工艺制备的层板结晶度仅为21.6%,孔隙率为2.75%。由于结晶度低、孔隙率高和层间粘结强度低,LAFP原位固化层板的层间剪切强度(ILSS)比热压成型低34.9%。然而,Ⅰ型断裂韧性比热压成型高103.7%。研究结果表明,LAFP工艺虽然在层间性能上存在不足,但在断裂韧性方面具有显著优势,这与快速冷却过程中形成的特殊微观结构密切相关。
