激光和等离子体表面处理对PPS/CF热塑性复合材料层板底漆涂层粘接性能的影响
Influences of laser and plasma surface treatments on the primer paint adhesion for PPS/CF thermoplastic composite laminates

本研究针对聚苯硫醚/碳纤维(PPS/CF)热塑性复合材料层板,评估了激光和等离子体表面处理对底漆涂层粘接性能的影响,并与未处理样品和传统喷砂处理样品进行了对比。首先通过接触角、扫描电镜(SEM)、表面粗糙度、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)等方法对未处理和处理后样品进行了表面表征;随后采用两种工业标准方法评估了工业底漆在PPS/CF表面上的粘接特性:十字切割粘接测试和三点弯曲粘接测试。研究结果表明,与未处理样品相比,所有表面处理样品均获得最优底漆粘接等级GT0。处理后样品的最大分离载荷至少提高了两倍,且表现出底漆层的内聚性破坏机制。喷砂处理样品的成功归因于有效的机械互锁机制;激光处理样品的粘接性能部分源于机械互锁,部分源于化学相互作用;而等离子体处理样品的粘接性能主要由化学键合机制主导。研究结果为PPS/CF复合材料的表面预处理和涂装工艺提供了重要参考。
