湿热条件对感应焊接CF/PEKK热塑性复合材料单搭接剪切性能的影响
Effect of hygrothermal condition on single-lab shear behavior of induction-welded CF/PEKK thermoplastic composites

本研究分析了湿热条件对感应焊接碳纤维/聚醚酮酮(CF/PEKK)热塑性复合材料单搭接剪切强度的影响。试样在85°C/85%相对湿度环境中暴露,通过温湿度箱评估水分对单搭接剪切强度的影响,并通过质量测量评估其水分饱和状态。在干燥和饱和试样上分别进行了25°C和100~180°C(间隔20°C)的单搭接剪切强度测试。在160°C时,CF/PEKK热塑性复合材料的强度迅速下降至76%(干燥试样)和78%(湿润试样)。通过扫描电子显微镜图像分析了断裂面和失效模式,确认了高温测试下降解区域和裸露纤维的增加。研究发现,暴露于湿润环境会改变失效模式,从纤维束和纤维/基体失效转变为裸露纤维和基体失效,这是由于界面粘合性能的降低所致。研究结果证实了湿热条件直接影响CF/PEKK热塑性复合材料的性能降解,且在玻璃化转变温度(Tg)以上会出现单搭接剪切强度的快速下降。
