温度对聚酰胺-6复合材料力学性能和聚合动力学的影响

本研究通过ε-己内酰胺原位阴离子开环聚合制备碳纤维增强热塑性复合材料。采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺在不同成型温度下制备聚酰胺-6/碳纤维复合材料。研究结果表明,在140 °C条件下ε-己内酰胺聚合度最高,具有良好的纤维浸润效果。关于成型温度的影响,聚酰胺-6/碳纤维复合材料的物理性能表明,在140 °C时的弯曲强度和冲击强度均高于其他成型温度条件。采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)分析聚酰胺-6的聚合动力学,通过模型拟合方法获取动力学参数。利用高斯分布和Maxwell-Boltzmann分布将聚合与结晶过程分离,以研究聚合动力学。建立的一阶自催化反应模型与实验数据吻合良好,为聚酰胺-6/碳纤维复合材料的制备工艺优化提供了理论依据。
