本研究采用Taguchi方法,系统研究了四个工艺参数对碳纤维/环氧树脂(CF/epoxy)复合材料热气焊接的影响。该CF/epoxy复合材料表面采用PA6热塑性薄膜进行功能化处理。为补偿几何公差,在焊接区域内额外放置三角形珠状耦合材料。研究考察的工艺参数为标准两步工艺的常规参数:加热元件温度(THE)、加热时间(HT)、焊接力(F)和焊接时间(HTF)。根据Taguchi方法设计试验(DoE),采用正交表安排实验计划,每个焊接参数设置三个水平。试验分两个样品变体进行,第二个变体在焊接区域额外放置热塑性材料。按DIN EN 1465标准进行拉剪强度测试。结果表明:焊接力对焊接强度的影响最大;加热时间20 s为最优值;第一个样品变体中,焊接力在500 N处出现饱和现象;使用额外材料时,更高的加热元件温度(500 °C)和焊接力(1165 N)更有利;过高的焊接温度会对聚合物链的相互扩散性产生负面影响。
