通过专利混合成型工艺,利用边缘密封压制工具可在一个工艺步骤内生成粘结的金属-塑料混合构件。该构件具有巨大的能量吸收潜力。为充分利用这一潜力,需要建立可靠的有限元模型,能够准确复现碰撞工况下复杂的材料层叠结构,包括各向同性金属层、极薄粘结层和各向异性玻纤毡增强热塑性塑料(GMT)层。本文提出了一套数值预测金属-GMT铝混合构件力学行为的方法论。通过三点弯曲和轴向碰撞两种工况的试验验证,证实了混合构件有限元模型的准确性和可靠性,为混合构件在汽车碰撞防护中的应用提供了理论支撑。
