油气工业管道和管件用聚合物保护涂层

综述了油气工业中用于管道和管件防腐蚀、防冰冻保护的主要聚合物保护涂层类型。重点介绍了自主开发的聚氨酯耐磨涂层PU-633的测试结果。该涂层在防腐性能、耐冰冻性能和耐磨性能等方面进行了系统评价。聚合物保护涂层作为油气管道系统的关键防护材料，能够有效延长管道服役寿命，降低维护成本。文章分析了不同类型聚合物涂层（包括聚氨酯、环氧树脂、聚乙烯等）的性能特点和应用范围，并通过对PU-633涂层的详细测试验证，证明其在耐腐蚀性、耐低温性和耐磨损性方面具有优异性能，可满足恶劣工况条件下的长期保护需求。研究结果为油气工业管道防护材料的选择和应用提供了重要参考。
