本研究采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺制备椰纤维增强天然橡胶复合材料,用于建筑屋顶隔热应用。椰纤维作为天然纤维增强材料具有来源丰富、成本低廉、比强度高等优势,其在复合材料中的应用已成为研究热点。复合材料的热性能主要取决于纤维体积分数、纤维排列方式和生产工艺。本研究的创新之处在于采用VARTM工艺精确控制树脂注入过程,实现天然橡胶乳液在椰纤维增强体中的均匀分布,克服了传统工艺中存在的树脂分布不均和纤维-基体界面结合不足等问题。研究采用文献综述、理论分析、数值模拟和实验验证相结合的方法,通过解析计算和有限元模拟验证了实验热导率结果。由于文献中理论方程的局限性,实验结果与理论预测存在偏差,研究对此进行了详细讨论。研究表明,采用VARTM工艺制备的纤维长度4cm、椰纤维质量275g的样品为最优屋顶隔热材料,其最低热导率为0.08W/(m·K),对应的拉伸应力为0.19MPa。该研究为开发可持续、环保的天然生物复合材料提供了改进的制造工艺,具有重要的应用前景。
