树脂膜注入工艺:数值算法

液体复合材料模塑(LCM)是复合材料制造工艺的重要分支。该工艺将纤维织物预制体放入模腔中,用低粘度热固性树脂浸渍,直至纤维骨架完全填充,最后固化形成高分子复合材料制品。由于其优势显著,LCM工艺在复合材料制造中获得广泛关注。树脂膜注入(RFI)工艺属于LCM家族,但与树脂传递模塑(RTM)和真空辅助树脂注入(VARI)等工艺不同。RTM和VARI采用液态树脂注入或注射方式,而RFI工艺将半固化态树脂膜放入模腔中,在压力和温度作用下,树脂膜液化并沿厚度方向浸渍纤维增强体。这一特性使RFI工艺能够制造大型复杂复合材料结构,相比传统RTM工艺显著降低设备成本。然而,由于仅采用真空袋作为上半模具,制品存在厚度不均匀、尺寸公差低和纤维体积分数低等问题。本文提出一种数值算法,用于研究制品厚度对RFI填充时间的影响。数值模拟基于显式有限差分法。结果表明填充时间与制品厚度呈抛物线关系。
