自动纤维铺放(AFP)是一种先进的制造工艺,能够精确控制铺层设计。然而,AFP工艺由于纤维束沉积特性(如束间隙和重叠)导致形貌不规则。挤流和树脂溢出等因素与大非线性变形相互作用,引起形貌变异性。为深入理解这些复杂的相互作用现象,本研究建立了耦合多物理场有限元框架,模拟纤维束间隙区域的压实行为,包括耦合化学流变学和流动-压实分析。压实分析采用粘超弹性本构模型,其中各向异性张量预浸料粘度随树脂固化度和局部纤维取向及体积分数变化。通过单向纤维束和含束间隙铺层的压实试验验证了所提方法的有效性。该方法考虑了树脂向间隙区域溢出的影响,导致形成具有复杂非均匀形貌的富树脂区域。研究结果表明,树脂溢出显著影响间隙区域的最终形貌和力学性能,为优化AFP工艺参数和提高复合材料质量提供了理论依据。
