树脂混凝土的热性能表征研究——基于注入工艺

本文通过数值模拟研究了温度对树脂混凝土性能的影响。树脂混凝土是一种复合材料,采用高分子材料粘结骨料,其制备方式与水泥混凝土类似。首先研究了用环氧树脂注入加热碎石预制体时的温度分布规律。其次进行了热机械耦合分析,分别制备了棱柱体和圆柱体试样,在不同温度条件下进行弯曲和压缩试验,评估了加热对导热系数和弹性模量的影响。最后将树脂混凝土的热学性能与水泥混凝土进行了对比分析。研究表明,环氧树脂混凝土在高温暴露下强度损失显著,主要原因是环氧树脂的热氧化降解以及骨料与粘结剂界面的脱粘。当暴露温度低于250°C时,环氧树脂混凝土的性能仍优于水泥基混凝土。
