液体复合材料模塑(LCM)技术因其能够成型复杂零件、表面质量好、产品力学性能可控等优势,已广泛应用于纤维增强复合材料的制造。该领域研究主要集中在树脂传递模塑(RTM)工艺,特别是树脂沿纤维预制体的直线浸润过程,但多数研究忽略了聚合物流体被增强材料的吸附效应。本研究旨在预测多孔介质(纤维预制体)中树脂的径向流动行为,并考虑纤维对树脂的吸附效应,采用一维分析方法。为准确预测多孔介质内流动特性,建立了包含质量守恒方程和Darcy定律的耦合数学模型,并求解了该耦合方程组。研究获得了树脂浸润过程中流动前沿位置、流速和模腔内压力的瞬态结果,分析了树脂粘度、增强材料吸附系数、渗透率、孔隙率、注射压力和注射半径等多个工艺参数的影响规律,并进行了深入讨论。该研究为优化RTM工艺参数、改进复合材料制造质量提供了理论依据。
