树脂传递模塑薄壁制件中热梯度的控制
Control of Thermal Gradients in Thin Resin Transfer Molding Parts

树脂传递模塑(RTM)是一种复合材料制造工艺,将热固性树脂注入含有干纤维增强体的闭合模具中。模具充填完成后,启动固化反应将树脂与固体增强体结合。该放热固化反应伴随模具温度升高,释放的热量在复合材料中产生温度梯度。这种热梯度引起的残余应力会导致制件变形,影响最终产品质量。本研究采用有限差分法对复合材料层板进行数值分析,首先通过呈现树脂固化过程中温度和固化度的演变过程来突出热梯度特征;其次系统研究了树脂和纤维性质、增强体结构以及温度循环制度对热梯度的影响。通过与现有文献中的实验结果对比验证,数值模型具有良好的准确性。研究结果为RTM工艺中薄壁制件的热管理和质量控制提供了理论依据。
