本文开发了一种基于反演程序的数字孪生系统,将工艺监测与复合材料制造仿真相结合,实现了工艺结果的实时概率估计。采用Kriging方法建立了计算高效的代理模型,大幅降低了计算时间,使实时反演成为可能。该工具应用于碳纤维增强复合材料的树脂传递模塑填充阶段,实现了未知参数的概率预测。通过介电传感器采集流动监测数据。基于马尔可夫链蒙特卡洛的反演方案将渗透率和粘度等输入参数作为未知随机变量处理。该方案通过降低模型参数不确定性来增强模型精度,实现了工艺结果的在线精确估计,并能预测流动绕流等关键事件。反演方案利用工艺前30%阶段获得的信息,可预测填充时间,预测误差约为5%。
