本文通过数值模拟方法分析了树脂传递模塑(RTM)工艺中竞争流追踪缺陷对干点形成和渗透率测量精度的影响。在模具充填过程的数值模拟中,随机生成缺陷,并采用蒙特卡洛模拟方法评估其影响。以平板试样为研究对象,系统调查了竞争流追踪缺陷对非饱和渗透率测量和干点形成的影响规律。研究发现,位于注射口附近的竞争流追踪缺陷会使测得的非饱和渗透率增加高达40%;位于排气孔附近的竞争流追踪缺陷更容易导致干点产生,而位于注射口附近的缺陷对干点生成的影响较小。根据排气孔位置的不同,干点面积可增加30倍。通过数值分析结果指导排气孔的合理位置设置,可有效缓解干点缺陷。此外,研究结果有助于确定模具充填过程在线控制的最优传感器位置。最后,该方法成功应用于复杂几何结构的RTM工艺分析。
