树脂传递模塑工艺中双尺度多孔介质有限应变多相流模型

树脂传递模塑(RTM)是一种压力梯度驱动的复合材料制造工艺,液态树脂在压力作用下流动并填充纤维预制体的孔隙空间,随后进行热处理使树脂固化。对于飞机和风力叶片等大型构件,设计既满足制造要求的传递系统和工艺参数是重大挑战。本研究针对流动前沿控制和气泡夹入等关键问题,建立了树脂与空气在复合材料纤维预制体(双尺度多孔介质)中的多相流模型框架。研究采用有限应变公式描述传递过程中的流固耦合相互作用。通过平均化方法和第一性原理方法,本研究架起了微观观测与宏观模型之间的桥梁,为高保真有限元模型提供了新的理论视角。该模型可准确预测树脂流动前沿位置、气泡分布规律,为大型复合材料构件的工艺设计和质量控制提供理论支撑。
