树脂传递模塑工艺中三维热梯度的优化方法

树脂传递模塑(RTM)工艺中,通过加热模具和树脂来促进树脂流动、缩短固化周期,以提高制造效率。然而,这种非等温制造工艺容易在树脂流动方向和复合材料厚度方向产生三维热梯度。现有加热系统仅考虑厚度方向的热梯度,无法有效降低树脂流动方向的热梯度,导致复合材料产生残余应力、变形甚至开裂。本文基于能量和流体流动理论,提出了一种利用数值模拟进行加热系统设计的优化方法,旨在同时降低树脂流动方向和厚度方向的三维热梯度。研究结果表明,该优化方法能有效降低RTM工艺制造的复合材料中的三维热梯度,为高分子工业中复合材料产品的加热系统设计提供了有力工具。
