树脂传递模塑和真空辅助树脂传递模塑工艺制造结构型超级电容器的研究

本研究调查了采用涂抹模塑(RS)、树脂传递模塑(RTM)和真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺制造结构型超级电容器(SSCs)的方法。采用织物碳纤维作为电极、织物玻璃纤维作为绝缘层、碱性/环氧树脂复合物作为电解质。在RTM工艺中,由于真空和电解质的高压注入,结构型超级电容器的电化学和力学性能得到显著改善,孔隙率大幅降低。当环氧树脂含量在15 wt%~30 wt%范围内时,观察到结构型超级电容器的电化学性能与力学性能达到良好平衡。通过建立优化的制造工艺流程,本研究促进了结构型超级电容器的发展,提高了产品质量。所展示的制造方法可直接应用于工业生产,实现更大规模结构型超级电容器的制造,为其实际应用和规模化生产开辟了新的可能性。
