木质预浸料复合材料层板

摘要整理
采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺和低粘度热塑性树脂制备了木质预浸料。木纤维束经组装形成多孔垫层用于树脂注入。树脂填充了木细胞内部的大部分空隙,使孔隙率降至7%。饱和木纤维束的杨氏模量和强度分别比树脂注入前提高了38%和124%。通过在180°C、830 kPa条件下热成型预浸料层片25 min,制备了平板层板。12层平板层板的杨氏模量和强度分别比采用压缩树脂传递模塑(CRTM)工艺和环氧树脂制备的木纤维束板提高了73%和20%。木质预浸料作为传统木质复合材料成型工艺的替代方案具有应用前景,有利于简化复杂形状制件的制造工艺,同时改善天然材料的性能。
