木纤维股线复合材料板的树脂传递模塑工艺

本研究旨在采用树脂传递模塑(RTM)和压缩树脂传递模塑(CRTM)技术开发用于汽车应用的高性能木纤维股线复合材料板。研究对比了用低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)1%、5%、20%(质量分数)和高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)1%(质量分数)粘结的木纤维股线预成型体在模塑过程中的树脂浸渍效果。结果表明,1% LDPE足以将木纤维股线粘结成稳定的预成型体,便于后续处理和加工。采用Darcy定律的体积解释方法进行渗透率测量,考虑了树脂沿预成型体厚度方向的流动特性。与已发表的其他天然纤维复合材料数据对比,RTM工艺制备的木纤维股线复合材料表现出优异的力学性能,且在潮湿环境暴露下的尺寸稳定性显著优于其他天然纤维复合材料。
