压辊和轮子广泛应用于工业和运输领域,但直接获取接触力信息的方法较少。本文介绍了一种智能压辊,可从软性弹性体涂层圆筒提供实时压力测量。该压辊专为自动铺纤(AFP)机设计,广泛应用于航空航天工业中复杂复合材料零件的制造。为实现最优工艺性能,实时反馈对于制造过程中的缺陷检测至关重要。传感器采用4×13阵列软电容式触觉像素(taxels)替代标准压辊的弹性体外层,在1 MPa压力范围内,每个像素的电容变化量超过1 pF。传感器由硅橡胶制成,安装在柔性印制电路板上,板上的微控制器配备低功耗蓝牙(BLE)功能,用于采集和传输电容数据。传感器介电层由柱状结构组成,可增加层间柔性和灵敏度,同时保持典型工业压辊的刚度。该压辊能在典型制造速度下测量实时局部压实压力,可监测空间分辨的压力-时间曲线,用于预测和控制粘合性能。
