骨缺损疾病严重危害人类健康,影响美观和功能。近五年来,三维(3D)打印径向梯度三重周期最小曲面(TPMS)多孔支架成为修复骨缺损的新型解决方案。本综述讨论了TPMS支架的3D打印技术与应用进展。系统综述了3D打印TPMS支架的微观结构对骨再生的影响,介绍了能够促进骨再生的TPMS结构特性,包括其优异的孔隙率、孔径分布、比表面积和力学性能等关键指标。最后阐述了TPMS支架在治疗骨缺损中面临的挑战与发展前景。本综述旨在激发骨组织工程师对径向梯度TPMS支架的研究兴趣,为个性化骨缺损的临床治疗提供可靠解决方案,推动生物医用材料与组织工程领域的创新发展。
