新型自适应液体复合模塑填充软件的实验验证

树脂传递模塑(RTM)是一种纤维增强聚合物复合材料制造工艺,将干纤维放置在模具内,然后在压力下注入树脂。在模具设计阶段,填充模拟可以研究不同的制造方案(如注射口和排气孔的位置),以保证零件完全填充并避免流动前沿汇聚处产生气穴。本研究对作者开发的新型软件工具LCMsim进行了基准测试,并与其他工具和实际流动实验进行了对比验证。该软件的开发遵循两个核心理念:为模具工程师提供易用性和为研究人员提供最大灵活性。采用两组实验进行验证:第一组实验中存在具有不同预制体性能的区域,第二组实验中强制实现了流动绕行现象。LCMsim模拟的流动前沿与实验结果的误差为7%,LCMsim与商业软件PAM-RTM的模拟流动前沿误差为3%。研究结果表明该软件在处理复杂填充工况方面具有良好的准确性和适应性,可有效指导RTM工艺的模具设计和工艺参数优化。
