新型三维织物变厚度复合材料弯曲性能:实验与有限元分析

变厚度复合材料是重要的工程材料,广泛应用于各类高性能产品中。然而,常用的变厚度复合材料主要采用层压结构,易发生分层破坏,降低承载性能。为解决此问题,采用玄武岩纱线在普通织机上设计并编织了具有整体性和连续变厚度的三维织物。通过真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺制备了树脂基变厚度复合材料,并与两种不同的层压复合材料进行了对比。与两种层压复合材料相比,三维织物变厚度(3DWVT)复合材料的弯曲强度在正向载荷下分别提高12.28%和16.22%,在负向载荷下分别提高16.74%和17.08%。采用细观有限元分析(FEA)方法对3DWVT复合材料的弯曲性能进行了细观有限元仿真分析,探讨了其损伤机制和失效模式。研究结果表明,三维织物结构通过连续纤维的三维交织,有效抑制了层间分层,提高了复合材料的整体性能和承载能力。
