改进型拉挤工艺的现场评估:纤维铺散和树脂注射浸渍技术

本研究在工业现场采用商业化生产设备演示了一种改进型拉挤工艺。该工艺用自设计的紧凑型浸渍装置替代了传统树脂浴。浸渍装置尺寸为310 mm × 400 mm × 9 mm,相比5升树脂浴的长度显著缩短,因此必须提高纤维束浸渍效率。通过采用纤维铺散装置和低压树脂注射系统实现了这一目标。文中阐述了纤维铺散装置和浸渍装置的设计原理,以及拉挤速度和模具温度的选择方法。实验采用填充和未填充的乙烯基酯树脂与E玻璃纤维进行。模具长度为0.5 m,截面为矩形(32 mm × 2.2 mm)。纤维铺散装置和浸渍装置可轻松改装至现有拉挤生产线。对两种工艺生产的拉挤复合材料进行了物理、力学和热力学性能测试。改进工艺的性能与传统树脂浴工艺相当或略优。与传统树脂浴拉挤相比,改进工艺的废树脂产生量降低97%,生产后设备清洗所需溶剂体积减少90%,显著提高了工艺的环保性和经济性。
