打印路径对3D打印连续纤维复合材料负泊松比结构压缩性能的影响

本研究采用对称正交单笔画路径规划方法,通过3D打印技术制备了旋转正方形结构的连续纤维增强热塑性负泊松比结构(CFNPRSs)。系统研究了打印路径对结构压缩性能中泊松比、弹性模量和能量吸收的影响。连续纤维在铰链处的分布对结构压缩行为有重要影响。随着铰链处连续纤维交叉搭接数量增加,负泊松比效应减弱,而弹性模量和能量吸收能力增强。无交叉搭接的打印CFNPRSs表现出最明显的负泊松比效应,平均泊松比达到−0.61。与3D打印聚乳酸负泊松比结构(PANPRSs)的对比研究表明,PANPRSs无法实现负泊松比效应,因为打印旋转单元刚度不足,违反了理论模型中的刚体假设。相对密度仅为0.18的打印CFNPRSs表现出比现有3D打印纤维增强辅助结构更优异的负泊松比效应。本研究为利用3D打印技术制备轻质功能结构提供了重要参考。
