感应焊接热塑性基体复合材料航空面板的剪切屈曲研究

本研究对采用感应焊接加筋工艺制造的热塑性基体复合材料平面加筋板进行了剪切屈曲试验。选用碳纤维增强聚醚醚酮(PEEK)基体复合材料,按典型航空结构构型设计。研究重点为调查该非常规制造方法(感应焊接)所得加筋板在剪切屈曲工况下的力学性能,这是航空结构中常见的载荷工况。建立了能够描述加筋板屈曲及屈曲后行为的有限元(FE)模型,并与试验结果进行了对比验证。试验采用专门设计的夹具装置向面板施加纯剪切载荷,在外表面安装应变片测量变形。研究结果表明感应焊接工艺能够有效制造航空复合材料结构,所得加筋板具有良好的剪切屈曲性能。有限元模型能够准确预测加筋板的屈曲载荷和屈曲后响应特性,为优化航空复合材料结构设计提供了重要参考。
