感应焊接修复冲击损伤热塑性复合材料层板

尽管复合材料在商用飞机中的应用趋势不断增长,但缺乏成熟的修复技术限制了热塑性复合材料的广泛应用。本研究对高性能热塑性复合材料——碳纤维增强聚醚酮酮(CF/PEKK)和碳纤维增强聚醚醚酮(CF/PEEK)进行了20 J低速冲击试验。冲击后,采用感应焊机对损伤层板进行修复,采用两种不同方法:在冲击区域焊接圆形补片(RT-1);在热压作用下对冲击层板进行感应焊接(RT-2)。对修复后的层板进行压缩后冲击试验(CAI-R),并与传统压缩后冲击试验(CAI)结果进行对比。CF/PEKK材料中,RT-1和RT-2的强度分别比CAI提高13%和7%;CF/PEEK材料中,RT-1和RT-2的强度分别提高13%和17%。通过超声C扫描和CAI-R试验对损伤和修复技术进行了进一步分析,结果表明感应焊接可作为工业应用的修复技术。本研究结果对航空航天和汽车工业应用具有重要意义。
