微波辅助快速离子交换法在Li-Al二元和Li-M-Al三元层状氢氧化物中的表面活性剂插层及其碘吸附应用

利用微波辅助快速离子交换工艺,成功将阴离子型表面活性剂(十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS))插层到Li-Al二元和Li-M-Al三元(M=Mg、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn)层状氢氧化物(LDH)体系中。表征结果表明,Li-Al-DS和Li-Al-DBS样品的基面间距分别为28.2 Å和30.4 Å,表明DS−和DBS−阴离子在层间呈垂直排列。FTIR谱图中LDH和表面活性剂(DS−和DBS−)的特征振动峰确认了表面活性剂分子在层间的结合方式。DS−插层的Li-Al LDH热稳定性低于DBS−插层样品。硝酸根插层的Li-M-Al LDHs与SDS和SDBS进行离子交换,生成DS−和DBS−插层体系。基面间距的扩大和晶体形貌的改变证实了DS−和DBS−在Li-M-Al LDHs中的垂直插层。ICP-AES和元素分析确定了金属含量和表面活性剂含量。插层样品的FTIR谱图证实了表面活性剂在层间的存在。UV-可见光谱确认了Co、Ni和Cu在Li-M-Al LDHs中的存在。Li-Al-DBS样品对甲醇溶液中的碘具有高效吸附性能,Langmuir模型能更好地解释吸附数据。吸附过程遵循准二阶动力学。
